I've been a licensed therapist since 2017, but my curiosity about what makes us human began much earlier. I started my own life-changing therapy at 16. What draws people to work with me is my ability to create a space where you can truly be yourself. My approach is direct, empathic, and heart-centered. And I believe the most important thing I can offer is genuine understanding and authentic presence.

In our work together, we'll explore the roots of what's happening for you, your patterns and history, so you can create meaningful, lasting change. My practice integrates psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and attachment theory, always tailored to who you are and what you need.
